Tips

Case Sensitivity

NetTeller ID's and passwords are case sensitive; make sure you are correctly entering your NetTeller user ID and password.  If your password begins with a lower-case letter, you may need to use your mobile device's shift key to change the default from upper case. In addition, some phones require extra shift key press to enter numbers instead of letters.

Troubleshooting

Problem
:
My wireless carriers default browser will not allow me to access COB MOBILE.

SolutionSome wireless carriers, strictly based on location, will not allow their default browsers to access certain websites through their default Gateway. This practice is usually associated with devices that tend to have limited media plans. Please go to www.operamini.com on your mobile device and download the Opera Mini Browser.  OperaMini is the world’s favorite mobile Web browser and is free of charge. You should then be able to access the mobile banking site using this browser.

Problem: I receive“File Format Unknown” or “Page cannot be displayed” error on my mobile device.

Solution
:  If you have full reception and the website is active and you are still receiving this error, go to
www.operamini.com on your mobile device and download the Opera Mini Browser.  OperaMini is the world’s favorite mobile Web browser and is free of charge. You should then be able to access the mobile banking site using this browser.
