Jim is a Napa Valley native and has lived in St. Helena since 1987. Jim leverages his 25 years of St. Helena banking experience to provide the financial guidance and consistent support his customers have come to depend upon.
Jim decided to join Charter Oak Bank because he enjoys being part of a community bank environment and believes that a locally-owned bank understands its customers and the local business environment, and offers more responsive decision making. Jim is actively involved in several community groups in St. Helena. |
With over 20 years of banking experience, Debbie is one of the founding members of the Charter Oak Bank management team. Having previously opened two community banks, Debbie’s knowledge of Information Technology, Compliance, and overall Bank Operations was a critical aspect of the opening of Charter Oak Bank in December 2004. Debbie is the backbone of bank operations.
Although Debbie’s career began with a regional bank, her passions soon turned towards the customer service and family feel of community banking. A firm believer in giving back to the community, Debbie is currently Vice-Chairperson of the board for Birthright of Napa.
